Some of the new MyPrint printers were not fully functional. Service has been restored.

Description of Impact
Some of the new MyPrint printers are not fully functional at this time. If you encounter a printer error please retrieve your printouts at a different printer. For locations of printers please visit https://www.bu.edu/tech/services/cccs/printing/myprint/myprint-locations/ or call the IT Help Center at 617-353-HELP (4357) for assistance in finding a location.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
