Student Information Systems Upgrade & Outage – Sat 9/17 at 5am until Sun 9/18 at 9pm

Beginning Saturday, September 17 at 5:00 a.m and extending to approximately 9 p.m on Sunday, September 18, the University’s Student Information Systems will be upgraded to complete the Questrom Renaming Project.
During this period, the mainframe will be offline, and the Links (for example, Faculty, Faculty-Staff, and Student) will not be available to users. This means students may not add or drop classes or update their student accounts, staff may not access reports or update information in galaxy, and faculty may not view class lists or advisee’s degree advice reports.
Many useful services are unaffected by this planned outage – email, Blackboard, and BU Works, for example. For more information and tips, please visit the web page for the University Registrar.
