Description of Impact
The system for accepting online payments through the web was unavailable. This included any sites that use Telegraph for accepting credit cards, Give the Point (BU Convenience points) and student tuition deposits. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

The cause of this incident is under investigation.
