Resolved: BU TV service is down for 30 to 94 Bay State Rd. on the even side

Description of Impact

The issues with the cable amplifier at 30 Bay State road have been resolved and full service has been restored. Previously, Boston University’s television service was down for buildings 30 to 94 on the even side of Bay State road.

Those in affected buildings may need to run a channel scan again to regain a TV signal.

Due to the loss of a cable amplifier at 30 Bay State road, Boston University’s television service is down for buildings 30 to 94 on the even side of Bay State road.

IS&T is working with the vendor, but do not currently have an ETA on when the issue will be resolved.
