Description of Impact

Blackboard Learn was unavailable for the majority of pilot courses. Online Campus course sites were not affected.

Incident Description and Resolution

The Blackboard Learn service experienced an issue that required IS&T to revert the system to its state as of Sunday, October 7 at 12:55 am. Any content added or altered between 12:55 am and 7:30 pm on 10/7 will need to be reentered into the system. All users who accessed the system during that time period will receive an email from IS&T staff in order to address their needs.
