Resolved – Service-impacting Incident – CrashPlan notebook backups

Due to Crashplan server reboot per emergency maintenance, old undelivered backup reports from at least one month ago are being emailed to backup clients.
Incident has been resolved. IS&T will continue to investigate root cause with vendor.
