Description of Impact
Jamf was down, which broke the Self Service app on BU Mac computers. It also prevented IT personnel from reaching their administrative tools.

Jamf is down.
Current Status
Clients will not be able to use the Self Service app on their Apple computers.
Additional Information
Jamf is Apple management software. Until this issue is resolved, clients will not be able to use the Self Service app on their Apple computers. It also affects new computers being prepared for use for clients, so there may be a delay in Mac computer deployments tomorrow.
The Student Laptop Loan Program, COM, and WBUR are not affected.
