FCC Emergency Broadband Benefit Program
Wednesday, May 5th, 2021
We’re spreading the word about the FCC’s Emergency Broadband Benefit, a temporary program which provides a discount to help students and households struggling to afford internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you’ve received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year, or suffered a significant income loss since February 2020, you may qualify for a discount of up to $50 per month off of broadband service from an approved provider, or up to $75 per month if you live on qualifying Tribal lands.
Eligible households will be able to enroll in the program beginning May 12, 2021 at https://www.getemergencybroadband.org/
Find out if you qualify, and learn more about this program at https://www.fcc.gov/broadbandbenefit or by calling 833-511-0311.
