Description of Impact
There was a server failure on a SQL cluster that impacted the following services: Echo360, Conflict of Interest (COI) Form, Facilities Department Continuum, CAMMS, SimpleK, and FSA Atlas.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have restored access to the affected services.
Additional Information
Continuum, used by Facilities, is still unavailable. IS&T teams are working directly with Facilities and will let them know when service is fully restored.
