Description of Impact
KACE Asset Management System service for clients on the Charles River Campus is currently degraded.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are working with the vendor.
Additional Information
At this time, clients of the service on the Charles River Campus will not be able to receive updated check-in information from their assets and will not be able to push out updates with KACE. BUMC clients are not affected.
This post will be updated when the incident is resolved.
