Description of Impact
Blackboard Learn service was degraded for some clients. Clients saw blank pages or error messages when attempting to access resources or course sites on Blackboard Learn.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
Time synchronization servers were changed and services were restarted.
