Description of Impact

Clients were able to leave a voice mail, but the voice mail recipient needed to use a work-around in order to retrieve that voice mail. The work-around is no longer needed and voice mails can be accessed in the regular fashion.

Description of Impact

Clients are able to leave a voice mail, but the voice mail recipient must use the work-around steps below to retrieve that voice mail.

  1. Call your phone number.
  2. When you hear your voice mail greeting press the star (*) key.
  3. Put in your voice mail passcode.

IS&T teams are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
