Description of Impact
Thin clients were unavailable across the CRC campus.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
Thin Client virtual desktop service has been restored. IS&T teams will continue to monitor virtual desktops and manually restore service until work can be scheduled for outside of business hours to implement a fix.
