Description of Impact
Clients received “500 Internal Server Error” when attempting to access various functions of BUworks (SAP), such as Employee Self-Service or Manager Self-Service.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
A cached storage area on the backend system was filled. IS&T teams cleaned it out and restarted the service.
