Resolved – Service-impacting incident – BUworks, Quest AppPortal, Virtual Desktop Thin Clients, Exchange Web Mail, and Voice Mail

All services have been restored to normal operation.

Staff may be unable to access their virtual desktop if using a thin client. IS&T teams are working to resolve the issue.

BUworks, Quest AppPortal, Exchange web mail, and voice mail were temporarily unavailable but have been restored to normal service.
