Description of Impact
BUworks/SAP was unavailable via BUworks Central. Clients received a “Proxy Error” message when they attempted to access the BUworks Central web site. Access via the Quest AppPortal application was not affected.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident and will continue to investigate for root cause analysis. The team will continue to monitor the service closely and will post updates as necessary.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
