Description of Impact
Clients at Mugar Library and other locations on campus were unable to authenticate when connecting to the BU Wireless networks.
802.1x wireless services were impacted within portions of the following buildings:
30 Bay State Road (Myles)
91 Bay State Road (Shelton)
512 Beacon Street (Danielson)
565 Commonwealth Avenue (Kenmore Classroom)
575 Commonwealth Avenue (Howard Johnsons)
619 Commonwealth Avenue (Residence Hall)
722 Commonwealth Avenue (Residence Hall)
726 Commonwealth Avenue ( Residence Hall)
728 Commonwealth Avenue (Residence Hall)
750 Commonwealth Avenue (General Classroom)
771 Commonwealth Avenue (Mugar Library)
871 Commonwealth Avenue (CGS)
888 Commonwealth Avenue (CELOP)
890 Commonwealth Avenue (Center for English Language)
928 Commonwealth Avenue (School of Hospitality)
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T has resolved the issue and will continue to investigate for root cause analysis.

Clients at Mugar Library may connect to the BU Wireless networks, but will not be able to authenticate or access the Internet via wireless at this time.
IS&T teams are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue.
