Mugar Library Lab thin clients, access to desktops at some schools

Description of Impact

Individuals from a number of schools/departments, including Engineering and CFA, cannot currently use desktops, including Mugar Library Lab thin clients.

Resolution and Additional Information

IT staff have successfully restored services;  all desktops at the affected schools as well as Mugar Library Lab thin clients are operating normally.  The cause was determined to be an issue with the vendor hardware.

IT staff continue to work on restoration of the service  and have engaged  the hardware vendor to assist with resolution.
