Services Impacted: Multiple IS&T online services
Resolution: At this time, IS&T believes that all major services have been restored. IS&T staff continues to address minor residual issues. If you have problems with an IS&T service, please contact the Service Desk at 353-HELP (353-4357)
Description of Impact: A power outage within one of the primary IS&T data centers has impacted several key IS&T services.

Current Status:
- BU Today and Web Search have been restored.
- Portions of some web sites are still unavailable.
- Course software, including Blackboard and Vista, has been restored though some content may still be unavailable.
- MyPrint has been restored, though printing in the IT Commons (Mugar) currently remains unavailable.
All other affected services have been restored.

- Course software, including Blackboard and Vista, has been restored, though some content may currently be unavailable.
- BU Today and Web Search remain unavailable.
- Portions of some web sites are unavailable.
- MyPrint has been restored, though printing in the IT Commons is currently unavailable.

- Course software, including Blackboard and Vista, remains unavailable.
- Web sites, such as WWW, are partially available.
- MyPrint is partially available.
- The Virtual Desktop environment is fully functional, including the IT Commons.

Description of Impact: A power outage within one of the primary IS&T data centers has impacted several key IS&T services. This includes various web and email services including Weblogin, and WWW.bu.edu are still impacted. Most email services, including as ACS and Cyrus, have been restored.
Current Status: Course software, including Blackboard and Vista, are currently offline. Primary web services are in the process of being restored. This includes WWW.bu.edu, weblogin, search, and BU Today. Primary email services, including ACS and Cyrus, are in the process of being restored. Blackberry integration has been restored.

Description of Impact: A power outage within one of the primary IS&T data centers has impacted several key IS&T services. Web services including Weblogin, and WWW.bu.edu are still impacted. Most email services, including as ACS and Cyrus, have been restored. At this time, IS&T is working to restore all other impacted services.
