ActiveSync for Exchange was intermittently unavailable. Clients who used mobile devices (such as iPhone or Android smart phones) that connect to BU’s Exchange mail servers via ActiveSync were unable to access this service. Clients could still access Exchange mail via http://xmail.bu.edu or through an e-mail application such as Outlook….
