BUworks Portal Upgrade & System Outage

Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday August 5, 2016 and concluding by 4 p.m. on Sunday August 7, 2016, BUworks will not be accessible while the BUworks SAP Portal is being updated. This will include functions such as the BUworks Portal, SAP GUI, Business Warehouse reporting and myBUworks Apps.

The BUworks SAP Portal upgrade is required to bring the SAP systems up to the current upgrade level and ensure their continuous stability and efficiency. The Business Warehouse portal has already been upgraded and the SAP Portal upgrade will ensure consistency with the Business Warehouse systems. Following this upgrade, you can choose among Internet Explorer, Firefox (Mozilla) or Chrome when working with BUworks. To learn more about how this upgrade will impact your experience, including changes to the user experience with the worklist, please watch the following video highlighting these changes.

Please plan accordingly for this outage, as you will not have access to BUworks functions including the ability to view pay stubs or request time off during this time.
