The latest security patch delivered by Firefox (ESR 38.4) has caused problems with Oracle’s Java applets which SAP relies on for several upload and download processes in the web gui. Both Oracle and Mozilla are working to correct this issue. If you have not downloaded this patch level in Firefox yet, please do not do so until this issue is resolved.

IE continues to work correctly, but the latest version of Chrome (45) will not.

Update 11/19/2015: There is a new Java update that solves this problem for Windows users (it was not a problem for Macintosh users): version 8 update 66. If you (or desktop support) update your PC to this latest Java patch, it should resolve the upload/download issues with Firefox and Windows 7.
