Everything You Need to Know about SPH at APHA Nov. 6-9
Celebrating 150 years, the 2022 American Public Health Association Annual Meeting & Expo will take place in Boston Nov. 6-9. Here is a rundown of SPH’s participation in the conference, including oral and poster presentations, an exhibit hall booth, and an Alumni & Friends reception.
Over 10,000 public health individuals are registered to attend the 150th Annual American Public Health Association Conference in Boston, November 6-9, 2022. Boston University School of Public Health is delighted to celebrate and welcome community members to our hometown. Highlights include:
- 60 abstracts and presentations from SPH faculty, students, staff, and alumni (a complete schedule is below). Featured APHA Sessions include Craig Andrade, associate dean for practice and director of the Activist Lab, and Dean Sandro Galea.
- 50+ current SPH students will be in attendance courtesy of additional funding support.
- An engaging exhibit hall booth celebrating what public health means to the SPH community.
- A reception for Alumni and Friends at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum on Monday, November 7.
