About Rachel Chapman

Rachel Chapman is an adjunct professor, teaching interactive and digital marketing. She began her professional career working as a Digital Producer at advertising agencies before moving in-house to digital marketing leadership roles in the B2B tech space.

Rachel holds a unique combination of strategic thinking and technical knowledge: she’s equally comfortable building a product launch strategy as she is coding a microsite.

Her areas of specialization include: website analytics, personalization, search engine optimization, user experience, and content strategy.

“I have a passion for the constantly evolving landscape of web and digital marketing, and I love sharing that passion with my students. Each semester, my course changes to cover new trends and technology in the digital marketing space. I take a very hands-on and example-driven approach to teaching. My goal is for students to feel confident entering the workforce, having the ability to think strategically, collaborate well, and produce successful digital campaigns.”
