Undergraduate Programs
Thinking about studying advertising, film + television, journalism, media science, or public relations?
There are plenty of ways to get to know COM. Attend an event (both in-person and virtual), connect with admissions counselors and current students, explore our facilities, or stop by for a self-guided visit.
During summer 2026, self-guided tour maps are available through the Office of Undergraduate Affairs (640 Commonwealth Avenue, room 123). COM is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. You can also view BU’s academic calendar here for university holidays and closures.
Graduate Programs (Master’s & PhD)
Choosing a graduate program is about more than curriculum and course requirements.
It’s about finding a community that will challenge you, support you, and help you take the next step in your career.
Whether you’re exploring programs, preparing an application, or deciding between offers, we’re happy to connect. Meet with a member of the Graduate Affairs team, attend an information session, connect with current students, or schedule an in-person or virtual visit.
These conversations are informal and tailored to your interests, so bring any questions about academics, student life, career opportunities, Boston, or the application process.
