Mary Elizabeth Moore

Mary Elizabeth Mullino Moore sees her primary work as working with others and contributing her small part toward repair of the world (tikkun olam). Her recent books include Teaching as a Sacramental Act, Ministering with the Earth, and Teaching from the Heart, plus the co-edited volumes Children, Youth, and Spirituality in a Troubling World and Practical Theology and Hermeneutics. She has also written many articles on education, process and feminist theologies, and justice and reconciliation. Mary Elizabeth is married to Allen, and they have five children and eight grandchildren.

John H. Berthrong

Along with his normal administrative and academic duties, Dr. Berthrong is a found member of the North American Interfaith Network, a member of the Interfaith Relations Commission of the National Council of Churches of Christ, and the Forum on Religion and Ecology. He is active in many societies and organizations concerned with interfaith relations and the ecology. His teaching and research interests include the areas of interfaith dialogue, multiple religious participation, Chinese and East Asian religion and philosophy, and comparative theology and philosophy. He has published numerous books and articles in all of these areas.
Imani-Sheila Newsome

For a number of years, Dean Newsome has served in higher education as a professor, academic counselor, and consultant. Her research interests include the womanist idea and spiritual disciplines, and the role of African-American women in church and mission history. Reverend Newsome, who previously served as Associate Dean of Marsh Chapel, the Church at Boston University, was raised in the Church of God in Christ and ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Reverend Newsome recently became a member of the United Methodist Church.
