Associate Dean Cristian De La Rosa and staff members are committed to helping learners succeed and grow at Boston University School of Theology (BUSTH). Through a combination of guidance, resources and community-building events, the office offers resources for the well-being of all members of the BUSTH community. The office is open to students Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm during the academic year.

The Office of Students & Community Life also collects various resources including informative materials regarding community groups, organizations, and issues that may impact BUSTH students. For detailed information about student conduct policies, currently enrolled student can consult the BUSTH Policies and Procedures Manual. The office also handles grievance procedures and establishes protocol for the formal filing of complaints by students and faculty in regard to violations of STH Community Principles.
