Bethany Community Church is currently seeking applicants for their Pastoral Residency.
Bethany Community Church is a multi-location, nondenominational church located in Seattle, WA. Our mission is to invite people to God, to community, and to wholeness and our Pastoral Residency program is geared toward that mission. We believe the church has a call to invest in the next generation of pastoral leaders as a contributing effort to build future healthy churches. We hope that by employing pastors early on in their career in residency positions will give them the opportunity to form healthy life patterns of life and ministry while doing important pastoral work in the context of a local church. Additionally, they will have the resources of experienced pastors and staff members.
