Prior to BU

After receiving my bachelors degree, I moved out west and worked at a local TV station in Twin Falls, Idaho as a multimedia journalist. I left Idaho and moved back home to Michigan, where I've been working, spending time with my friends and family, going on runs, doing yoga, and reading some pretty incredible books. I just finished "The Nightingale" by Kristin Hannah.

Why Public Relations

I met amazing PR professionals while I was a journalist in Idaho, and I realized I wanted to pursue a career in Public Relations. I was drawn to COM because of the courses the program offers, the faculty, the alumni network, and the location.

Most Looking Forward To

I'm looking forward to living in a walkable city. I'm also excited to go to school located in a city with amazing professional sports teams. I can't wait to meet new people at BU and make new friends!

After Graduation

My goal after graduation is to work at a company with an in-house PR/Communications department either in or around Boston. I fell in love with Boston when I first visited, so I would love to stay post-graduation.

A Bit About Me

I have a twin brother and he's my best friend. My favorite season is winter, so I can't wait to experience winter in Boston!
