Environment Massachusetts is looking for hardworking people with a passion for social change to fill citizen outreach and field manager positions across the state. We are also hiring for full-time year-round career positions. 

This summer, we are talking to thousands of community members about the climate crisis and building public support to pass the 100% Clean Act to commit Massachusetts to 100% clean electricity, heating, and transportation. 

If you take a job with us, you’ll learn important campaign and leadership skills like how to lobby elected officials, generate campaign support, work with the media, and more! You will make an impact on some of the most pressing issues of our time, all while getting paid up to $22/hr.
