Reconciling Congregation (in the Upper New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church ) seeking a ½ time collaborative visionary Lead Pastor. Fulfill general pastoral responsibilites as sole lead pastor (Spirit led and spiritually grounded follower of Jesus. Worship Leader/preacher; ministry development; collaborative leader and communicator who will partner with single-board model led congregation as it lives out its’ vision; pastoral care and administration;
Trinity Church of the Mohawk Valley is located in the Utica-suburb of Whitesboro.
Interested persons are to be a spirit-led and spiritually grounded follower of Jesus who welcomes all. They must be a collaborative leader and good communicator who will partner with the congregation as it worships the Living God in Jesus Christ, lives out its’ vision, clarifies its’ Disciple-Making process, develops its’ servant leadership, and engages its’ community as it reaches out to the number of families in a 10 mile radius of the church. This is a ½ time position. 21 – 25 hours a week
Salary negotiable with minimum pay range $18, 987 to $21, 209.
Salary commensurate with credentialing and experience and determined at time of committment.
