Q: What are CEUs?

A:  CEUs stand for Continuing Education Units. Some professionals are required to get CEUs regularly. Boston University School of Theology (STH) can give these official credits out when a participant completes 10 hours of work. One mini-course is designed to fulfill the requirement for one CEU. Spirituality Groups are not eligible for CEUs at this time.

Q: Where can I download Zoom Client?

A:  You can download the “Zoom Client for Meetings”:

Q: When will I receive my Slack invite?

A: You will receive you Slack invite usually 2-3 days before the start of the course. You must have Slack download in order to accept the invite. These will be sent via email to the email you signed up with.

Q: Who do I contact for technical support?

A: You may reach out to the sthcooll@bu.edu address for any technical questions. In addition, if you are a returning student there will be a Slack channel setup for technical questions.

Q: Are there assignments before the first day of class?

A: Typically there will not be any assignments before the day of class. However, there might be a reading or listening assignment before the Spirituality group. These resources will be made available both via Slack and email.
