Request Student Media Assistants

To schedule a Livestream or a Zoom Webinar for an event, please fill out the following form. Please note that these services are only available to STH community members, and are for smaller events. These services are provided by student workers. If you are hosting a major event for hundreds of people or require professional services, please contact Boston University Learning & Events Technology Services. Please be sure to fill out your request 3 weeks in advance or we may not be able to meet your needs. If you have any questions, please contact

  • When will the recording begin?
  • When will the recording stop?
  • Please provide a brief description of your event and any additional notes the Media Assistants should know.
  • Max. file size: 100 MB.
    Flyers should be uploaded as a picture (jpg, gif, png) instead of as a PDF. You can convert a PDF to a JPEG by exporting the PDF as a JPEG or by going to Edit and "Take a Snapshot" in the PDF file. Then open Microsoft Picture Manager and paste the picture into My Pictures.
