Director Youth, Osterville, MA
We seek a passionate, growing disciple of Jesus called to inspire, equip, and empower children, youth, and families in their own spiritual formation and growth as disciples. The Director will possess a compassionate desire to love students into faith and toward maturity in Christ. They must be skilled in Christ-centered teaching, with a proven ability to make the word of God relevant in the lives of youth.
This is a director level role that requires strong leadership and the ability to share ministry, develop systems, processes, and volunteer teams. The Director will work with the pastor and church leadership to develop and implement strategies to grow the discipleship of all members and constituents of the Church concentrating on children, youth and their families.
This is a full time position with benefits.
The starting salary of the Director of Youth, Children, and Family is
$40,000–$50,000 plus benefits package.
