Director of Children and Youth Ministry, Part-Time, UCC: Topsfield, MA
The Congregational Church of Topsfield, MA, UCC, is seeking a Director of Children and Youth Ministry. The DCYM will oversee and administer our church children and youth programs which serve a small, but active group of young families. There will be a focus on growing our program and attracting new families into the life of the church through community outreach.
The position requires a strong commitment to the teaching and progressive Christian values of the United Church of Christ. The CCoT is an Open and Affirming Congregation of the UCC. Candidates must be committed to inclusion of children with diverse needs, family situations, and abilities. Patience, creativity, a sense of humor, and the ability to work with families, adults and church leadership are required. Successful candidates must be proficient in the use of computers, email, and social media.
Salary is commensurate with experience for this three-quarter time position. Benefits include flexibility, a blend of in-person and at-home working hours, and fewer hours in the summer. Healthcare benefits are also included.
