Pastor, Part-Time, NACCC: Pembroke, MA
As a church we strive to be a welcoming community of faith, committed to growing our relationship with God and one another. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pastor who will lead our congregation in spiritual growth, with the main emphasis on scripture being our guide and foundation. A Pastor who will deepen our understanding of God’s word and guide us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those around us. We are seeking a pastor to guide our congregation with a particular emphasis on working on foundational issues in order to strengthen our congregational identity since having recently left the UCC denomination and joined the NACCC. Hours and compensation will be available at the time of the interview process.
Scope of Work:
– Preparing and preaching inspiring sermons to meet the needs of the congregation.
– Planning and leading worship services sensitive to the needs of the congregation.
– Pastoral counseling
– Aid/Leading in the spiritual development of church members
