Associate Pastor, Part-Time: Greenwich, CT
Are you eager to work with a vibrant congregation whose members seek to discover what God is calling them to do? Round Hill Community Church, an unaffiliated, inclusive Christian church in Greenwich, Connecticut, seeks an Associate Pastor with a vocational calling to youth ministry and creation of an innovative program for the development of moral and spiritual leadership for youth. Youth education includes Church School, youth group, and family events throughout the year.
The Associate Pastor will also participate in the weekly worship service with opportunities to preach to the congregation, assist in creating child-inclusive worship services and participate in church digital ministries.
The Associate Pastor will work with our Faith in Action team to develop opportunities for children/youth to participate in church outreach activities and to work with our Eco Action team on child and youth participation in the church’s Green Initiatives.
The Church, with approximately 200 members, includes people of all ages and backgrounds. Members commit time and resources to education, fellowship, and helping those in need locally and in the broader world. To honor God’s creation, the Church has an active program of Green Initiatives. The Church commits at least ten percent of its operating budget annually to Faith in Action programs.
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or Master of Divinity degree and at least 2-3 years prior relevant work experience. RHCC is an equal opportunity employer. Salary of $65,000 to $85,000 plus benefits and housing allowance.
