Part Time Youth Practitioner: Director of Faith Formation – Rindge, NH
The First Congregational Church of Rindge, UCC is looking for dynamic and creative person who has a strong commitment to the Christian Faith and a connection with youth to lead their Middle School and High School Youth Groups.
Primary Responsibilities: To plan, coordinate and promote activities for both Middle School and High School Youth Groups. Activities will be project based and should engage the children in knowing, learning and loving God while applying it to their every day life. This person will also act as a resource and support to the Sunday School teaching teams.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be spirit filled and have love for youth. They must be able to share and convey the love of God to youth and connect with them. Experience in leading youth programs is ideal. Strong organizational, communication, and motivational skills are required. Formal religious training is preferred but not required.
Terms: 15 hours per week (*45 weeks per year) including Sunday mornings and weekly after school and evening youth events. Salary: $10,125 – $13,500 per year based on education, experience and AUCE guidelines.
