Arrival
- Depending on the majority of the arrivals, on-site BU staff will try to be at the airport during a window of time to meet as many students as possible as they arrive. The staff will help students get a taxi to their homestay and then everyone will meet later in the day at the Instituto for orientation togethe
- Please update and inform us of your travel information, so we can try to meet you at the airport. We work towards being there during a time frame that works for the majority of students’ arrivals. (It’s not a guarantee we’ll be there to meet you; it depends on arrival times.)
- If you arrive at a time when we can’t meet you at the airport, you can take a taxi to your homestay.
- There is a fixed price of 33€ from the airport to the city center and taxis accept card payments / Apple Pay.
- BU will reimburse your taxi ride from the airport during orientation.

BU works with Advantage Travel to offer an optional round-trip to Madrid. If you need to make changes to your reservation, you need to contact Advantage Travel and/or the BUSA office directly.
