2024 L2324 Merit Process

Planning for L2324 Staff members is open beginning Monday, May 20. Similar to previous years, all planning is done through the BUworks portal. If you have ECM Recommender or Approver access, you will see the appropriate ECM tab at the top of the portal screen. If you are missing access, please contact your department’s DSA, who will need to submit a request for this permit.

Org change updates due to HRIS via the Org Unit Request Form to ensure changes are made prior to the start of the cycle. Any changes received after this date will be put on hold until the cycle finalizes in July. May 16, 2024
Org Freeze Begins May 20, 2024
Merit Planning/Approval Period May 20 – June 7, 2024
Effective Date of Approved Increases July 1, 2024
Compensation Statements available for managers/approvers July 5, 2024
Reflected in Weekly Paychecks on July 12, 2024

Note to Managers: Some schools/colleges/units have centralized processes so please check in with your HR Liaison to follow the internal process that coincides with the deadlines listed above.
