When you are leaving your employment, you should inform your supervisor that you are planning to leave your position by providing a written resignation letter at least 2 weeks prior to your last day of employment.

Health and Dental Plans Coverage ends on the last day of the month in which your employment ends. You may continue coverage through COBRA.
