SPH Grading Policy
All degree candidates must maintain satisfactory academic progress. The School of Public Health Grading Policy describes the grading system, satisfactory academic progress, the policy for incomplete grades, and minimum grade requirements for each degree program.
The SPH Registrar’s Office staff will review students’ transcripts and give an assessment of outstanding requirements for completing the degree. Though walk-ins are fine, it is recommended that students make an appointment to review their transcript with a member of the Registrar’s Office staff. Students may also monitor their progress via the “Degree Advice” function on the Student Link. Go to “Academics,” then “Advising.”
The University Registrar’s Office provides comprehensive transcript services. Current students or those with access to the Student Link may print an unofficial transcript from the Student Link under the “Academics Tab.”
