  1. Excellent article that points directly to the common denominator of apartheid policies and/or frictional forces aimed at keeping blacks, brown and others in their place. Yes, mine is mine but ours is ours and if so, how can black and brown people who have no sit on change the status quo? Public policy is a function of who gets what, when and how and again black and brown people have no table never mind a chair a chair in the boardroom where these policies are made and decided. It should no surprise anyone to see, read and hear about the disparity in health care and statistics between white and black Americans. According to one of our famous congressman late Thomas P. O’Neil III, all politics are local and he was correct then and still correct now. If we the greatest nation in the world wants to bulldoze all the artificial frictions on the way, here are the ways to drain the swamps:
    1) Abolish segregated schools
    1) Reset the origin by providing the necessary tools to level the plain field which must include but not limited fair hiring process that mandates the boardroom to look American, criminal justice and classrooms to look American, health care for all. If we can afford to pay a billion dollars for a fighter plane, we can afford to pay for all these and still afford the fighter jets. That the world has come to reality that black lives matters does not imply that blacks in this country are being killed by breaking necks, lynching alone but by deprivations and marginalization.
