Housing
While finding housing in the Boston area can be competitive, BU students have a number of resources available to help them find a home in one of the city’s great neighborhoods.
BU has limited housing available for graduate students on campus. Due to Covid-19, BU Real Estate has put a temporary hold on apartment leases for fall 2020. The hold is in place in order to ensure that students are housed safely in the fall, and there is space on campus available to adhere to potential public health guidelines.
To begin exploring off campus housing opportunities (where the majority of our graduate students live), here is a good place to start:
- Learn more about BU’s surrounding neighborhoods and housing options through the Neighborhood Guide on the Graduate Education Website.
- Explore BU’s off campus housing webpage to peruse property listings throughout the city.
- Join the Boston University SPH Fall 2020 Accepted Students’ Facebook Group to connect with other SPH incoming grad students to search for apartments in groups or fill out roommate situations that become available.
