SPH Convocation is on Saturday, May 21 from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Boston University Track and Tennis Center at 100 Ashford St. The ceremony will be followed immediately by a tented reception from 12:30 – 2:30 PM in the adjacent lot.

Volunteers for convocation are essential to the event. They will usher students, faculty, and guests; assist in the student and faculty robing rooms; and be available to answer questions from the attendees.

Time commitment: Volunteers are needed all day! Typically volunteers are present for the duration of the event, arriving at 7:30 AM for set up and staying to help breakdown the event at the close of the reception. We will have a volunteer training session on Wednesday, May 18, from 10:30 – 11:30 AM in Talbot 307C. At this meeting, we will discuss the day’s order of activities and assign project areas.
