Events

Throughout the year, Human Resources and the BU Society of Retired Faculty & Staff jointly organize a number of free or reduced-price events and programs for society members. You must maintain your BU email and not opt out of the Alumni Relations email system to receive these invitations.

These programs offer opportunities to reconnect with other retired faculty and staff members, take advantage of local Boston venues, and enjoy Boston University resources. These include the annual luncheon and business meeting as well as annual trips to Fenway Park, BU hockey and BU basketball games. Other trips to museums and places of interest are scheduled every year as available and are organized by the LHF Committee.

To help retirees stay connected to the University community, Alumni Relations now announces live and on-demand events of interest via a new electronic publication, StreamBU. If you (or other retirees you know) are having problems receiving StreamBU, please send a note to alumni@bu.edu.
