Room Selection 2026-2027 Important Dates
January 30
Room Selection for the 2026-2027 academic year opens on the My Housing Portal for submitting Housing Guarantee Payments, signing of Residence License Agreements, and forming roommate groups.
February 23 and February 24
Same Room Selection available within the housing application.
February 27
Deadline to sign the Residence License Agreement and submit the $600 non-refundable Housing Guarantee Payment in order to secure an on-campus assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Early March
Room Selection numbers released.
Same Room Pull-In takes place within the housing application.
Late March and Early April
Internal and Community Selection take place within the housing application.
