To request your replacement Terrier Card:
- Complete the Terrier Card Replacement Form.

Terrier Card Policies
The Terrier Card must be carried at all times and may not be used by anyone other than the student named on the card; it remains the property of the University and must be surrendered to the University upon demand.
When necessary, students may be required to identify themselves and to show their Terrier Cards at the request of a University official (this includes, but is not limited to, admission to exams, residences, and University events).
Alteration or use of the card for any unauthorized purpose will result in confiscation, financial penalty, and/or disciplinary action.
Students may have only one active Terrier Card. When receiving a replacement Terrier Card, students must bring their current card to the Terrier Card Office and surrender it. The previous card is immediately deactivated when the replacement card is issued.
Students in Boston University High School Programs: Students participating in a Boston University high school program who subsequently become BU students must submit a new photo and receive a new Terrier Card when they begin their enrollment.
Undergraduate Students Becoming Graduate Students: Students who transition directly from undergraduate to graduate status at Boston University may continue to use their existing Terrier Card and do not need to obtain a new card.
