Academic Regalia Loaner Program.
Academic regalia is required to participate in the SPH Convocation and All-University Commencement ceremonies. If you would like to purchase a full set or pieces of regalia, please place your order through the BU Campus Store, as the approved supplier, now through Monday, March 23. If you are interested in borrowing academic regalia from our loaner program, please complete the form below.
Academic regalia is no longer available to borrow from our program for the SPH Convocation on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Loaner Master regalia will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Completing this form does not guarantee that you will obtain a set from the loaner regalia program. The only way to confirm your loaner regalia is when you arrive to pick it up from Talbot 211 East beginning on Tuesday, March 3 starting at 1:00 PM.
- After March 3, students can visit the Graduate Student Life Office at the Talbot Reception desk Mon-Fri between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, for loaner regalia.
- Loaner regalia can be returned immediately following the ceremony in the reception tent or to Graduate Student Life, Talbot Reception Desk by Monday, June 1.
- You must RSVP for convocation to be eligible to borrow regalia.
- A friend/classmate can pick-up regalia for you.
