Manuel Oliver, father of slain Parkland student Joaquin Oliver, invited high school activists to create a "Walls of Demand" mural with him on Talbot Green during a gun violence prevention summit on March 17.

Students advocating for gun reform wrote messages of hope and determination around a mural on March 17 in honor of Joaquin Oliver, who was killed during the February 2017 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
